Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that there will be a 10% handling fee charged for all returned and exchanged items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be unused, unopened in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.1 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically through the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2.1.1 There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund within a few days after your return, first check your bank account again.
